There are several ways to take care of your eyes and maintain good eye health:

wear protective eyewear: wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from uv rays, and wear protective eyewear when playing sports or working in hazardous environments.
take breaks from screens: staring at screens for long periods of time can strain your eyes. take breaks and follow the "20-20-20 rule" by looking at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.
eat a healthy diet: a diet rich in nutrients like vitamins a and c, omega-3 fatty acids, and zinc can help maintain good eye health.
don't smoke: smoking increases the risk of developing eye diseases such as cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.
stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water can help keep your eyes hydrated and reduce the risk of dry eye.
